Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Coronary Care Unit (CCU)Contract Type: Long-Term (13 Weeks)Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 36 Hours/WeekCompensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hourLocation: Pennsylvania (PA License Required)Position Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Coronary Care Unit (CCU) on a long-term contract. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and the broader healthcare team. This role requires clinical expertise in critical care nursing, a strong understanding of current nursing practices, and the ability to provide leadership to nursing support staff.Key Responsibilities:Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plansCollaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize care outcomesProvide direction and guidance to nursing support staff in accordance with professional standards and hospital policiesApply evidence-based practices and current clinical techniques in daily nursing careMaintain compliance with established safety and quality standards Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredMinimum 1 year of clinical experience in coronary care or related specialty (Preferred)Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)Additional specialty certifications may be required, depending on unit needs
