{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4c3d169dcf806cfc1069e0cd","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c3d169dcf806cfc1069e0cd","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c3d169dcf806cfc1069e0cd","title":"Project Integration Supervisor","description":"Amentum is seeking a Project Integration Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).\nEssential Functions:\nSupervise, lead, and mentor a team of Project Integrators, overseeing their duties and tasking as they facilitate the integration of new systems.\nServe as the primary facilitator for all Project Integration Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities, ensuring clear communication and coordination between Government customers, internal functional areas, and Third-Party Developers (TPDs).\nOversee project integration efforts to fulfill Range modernization requirements, ensuring projects adhere to established processes and timelines.\nLead and coordinate the efforts of technical support staff on complex integration projects.\nSupport the development of acquisition documentation (e.g., SOO, SOW, PWS) for procurement and assist in Request for Proposal (RFP) development.\nApply risk management principles to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to project integration schedules and deliverables.\nManage, develop, and execute integration engineering processes to ensure continuity across the SFRC.\nRequired Skills:\nExceptional leadership and team management abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with management, customers, technical teams, and senior-level personnel.\nProven time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex integration challenges.\nAptitude to quickly learn and understand new concepts, technologies, and project requirements.\nDedication to achieving outstanding customer results and delivering quality work.\nRequired Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or similar field.\nA master’s degree in a relevant STEM or management field is desirable.\n5+ years of experience in project management, project integration, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.\nProficiency with Windows-based computer systems and the Microsoft Office tool suite.\nPrevious experience in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., systems, software, electrical engineering) is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) and previous range operations support is desirable.\nExperience with project scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project is desirable.\nA Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.\nExperience with work management tools, such as JIRA is desirable.\nExperience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo are desirable.\nExperience working on Government contracts is desirable.\nAdditional Eligibility Qualifications:\nFlexibility to work occasional non-standard hours or weekends to support mission requirements.\nWillingness to travel.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).\nValid U.S. Driver’s License.\nSalary and Other Compensation\nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000 – $135,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\n\nCompensation Details:\n$130,000-$135,000 annually\n\nThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
