E-Commerce Support AdministratorThe E-commerce Support Administrator role is responsible for the support of the Ecommerce function at the branch level including printing and transmitted orders through preparation for shipping.Support entire e-commerce function at branch levelPrint out all e-commerce ordersCreate a picklist of products necessary to fulfill ordersPackage product, check quality and prepare for shippingPrepare all packages for UPS pick up dailyGenerate shipping labels for all deliveriesKey all orders into handheld device to generate the saleCommunicates daily results to branch managementPerform end of day functions to transmit all handheld orders into WEB snack systemManage shipping supplies and inform Management when supplies need to be orderedEducation & ExperienceRequirements :1-3 years experience supporting a sales /distribution team with the order fulfillment process1-3 years of Administrative Support in a supply chain environmentIntermediate level experience prioritizing tasks / demonstrated time managementHigh School or GEDMicrosoft office experiencePreferred :Food/Beverage Distribution experienceE-Commerce support experienceAbout Wise: Wise Foods Inc. is a leading producer of salty snacks with a long heritage.
