infrastructure, Epic Beaker and laboratory systems implementation, workflow redesign, operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and organizational change management.\r\nHandle governance, budget and schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning.\r\nEnsure a seamless relocation and successful activation of the centralized laboratory environment.\r\nEstablish project governance, reporting, and risk management processes while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.\r\nDirect vendors, engineers, design and construction teams, and other project participants to deliver projects on time and within budget.\r\nMaintain overall responsibility for project outcomes, assembling and leading project teams.\r\nMonitor budgets, timelines, and project performance.\r\nRequirements\r\nEPIC PM experience required.\r\nMinimum 5 years of project management experience.\r\nMinimum 2 years of healthcare industry experience.\r\nExperience managing technology-related initiatives.\r\nStrong attention to detail and prioritization skills.\r\nExperience selecting and implementing project management methodologies.\r\nStrong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\r\nAdvanced organizational and project management capabilities.\r\nExperience tracking project budgets, schedules, metrics, and resources.\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.\r\nExperience leading teams of technology professionals.\r\nAbility to integrate information across disciplines and align projects with business strategy.\r\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nAdvanced knowledge of computing and communications infrastructure, networking, software operations, and disaster recovery.\r\nExperience working with Epic applications.\r\nPMP Certification from PMI.\r\nEpic Certification in one or more Clinical or
