{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"4c2d5d6fc5d8b538ead0e82e","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c2d5d6fc5d8b538ead0e82e","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/4c2d5d6fc5d8b538ead0e82e","title":"Assembler II - Second Shift","description":"The Wire Harness Assembler II is an experienced assembler responsible for building complex wire harnesses, interpreting detailed drawings, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.  This role requires minimal supervision and will assist with training/mentoring Level I employees.    SECOND SHIFT  3:30pm-1:00am - Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am - Every other Friday   Assemble complex wire harnesses and assemblies using schematics, drawings, and specifications.Assist with new products and process development from prototype to new production launches. Ability and capacity to learn the setup and operation of equipment across the manufacturing areas.Must be able to read and interpret the manufacturing process instructions, visual aids/drawings, and Engineering documentation to include technical drawing requirements, BOMS, and Schematics.Perform advanced crimping, soldering, and termination operations to IPC standards.Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or work instructions to perform required tasks to complete a portion of, or entire assembly of intermediate to complex level work. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality compliance.Troubleshoot basic assembler issues and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.Assist with training and mentoring Level I assemblers and new employees.Support continuous improvement and manufacturing initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
