Contact us at 866-859-2825 or join@ampact.us.\nCore Responsibilities Be a caring adult who's focused on helping students thrive.\nLead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.\nTrack student progress and meet regularly with the school's onsite coach.\nConduct skill assessments and enter student scores into data software.\nCommit to your own growth through coaching and training.\nShare your experience with the community.\nEssential Qualifications By the time you begin your service with Reading Corps, you should be:\nDependable and have a history of good attendance.\nAble to follow instructions and make improvements based on feedback.\nProficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).\nFluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing.\n18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.\nA citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.\nAble to successfully complete a background check.\nCompensation & Perks Package Full-time AmeriCorps members receive a paycheck (stipend) every two weeks.
