Learn more at www.plzcorp.com/careers or visit https://youtu.be/XYNIFpLQIJY\nShift: Monday through Thursday from 4:55pm - 335am\nPosition Specific Responsibilities:\nContinually perform quality checks utilizing various gauges, particularly scales and crip gauges, recording/reporting results as required.\nComplete appropriate valve placement, keeping pace with production; utilizing machinery or manual placement as appropriate (with assistance).\nMonitor all machinery, including applicable hoppers, for safe, quality and efficient production.\nAssist in competing change overs of the filling area.\nComplete production paperwork in an accurate and timely matter, to communicate with team and management.\nEnsure each can receives product fill weights within tolerances indicated by production instructions.\nVerify correct components are utilized in production.\nPerform all daily periodic maintenance task on fill area equipment.\nMaintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S protocol and SOP's.\nVerifying component codes against work orders.\nAcquiring enough components to last until the next break or end of the production run.\nMaking sure all partial boxes or pallets of components are used first during a run.\nPreparing the area for new production by first removing all incorrect components before the new are delivered.\nRequesting additional components from the material handlers before they are required for production.\nKeeping the Domer and Tipper full and operating properly.\nOperating the lines at maximum performance, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained.\nReporting any and all safety hazards, violations and procedural problems to team leaders.\n\nPLZ Corp offers a robust suite of benefits including:\nWe promote from within/opportunity for advancement.\nMedical, Dental & Vision benefits.\nCompany paid Life and Short-Term disability.\nVoluntary benefits including additional life, disability, and hospital/accident insurance.\n401k & company provided match.\nPaid Time Off\nBonus incentive programs (Note, bonuses are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.)\nBenefits start first of the month following 30 days.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
