Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Beyond Behavioral Solutions is looking to fill a full-time position for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We are looking for ethical, professional, and experienced RBTs who are passionate about improving the lives of neurodiverse children and their family.
About the Role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home and community based ABA services to our clients. The RBT is primarily responsible for ethical and responsible, direct implementation of treatment plans related to skill- acquisition and behavior reduction. Primary responsibilities include:
Provide one on one (1:1) Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to apply feedback and training on ABA job performance
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
Uphold the BACB code of ethics
Deliver behavior analytic services

About You
The ideal candidate is someone who can interact well with children and families, works well both independently and cooperatively as part of a team, and is able to consistently follow ABA programs developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Additionally, the ideal candidate will uphold the RBT Code of Ethics and be knowledgeable of ABA terminology. The candidate is someone who is not only ready to provide compassionate ABA services, but is also responsible, professional, and reliable.
Qualifications:
Must have a passion for working with children affected by autism.
Prior ABA experience or other applicable experience working with children preferred.
RBT certification REQUIRED
Must be reliable , responsible, and ethical
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
Must have reliable transportation to travel to client therapy location
Must be able to physically perform the job functions which may require lifting 50+lbs, running, jumping, squatting, sitting on the floor, sitting on children size chairs, playing with children.
Ability to pass a criminal background check
