The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical recruitment for both Direct-Hire and Contract opportunities. Looking for detail oriented, organized and results oriented individuals to help take Aperture Group to the next level.In this role, you will...Work closely with Account Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's hiring needs for the role assignedSource and review candidate resumes and profiles for each assigned role (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Create candidate messaging during outreach in order to attract the right talent (LinkedIn InMails, emails, phone calls, texts, etc.)Conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates to clarify if they are a fit for any of our open requisitions.Review work historyUnderstand if technical skill set is aligned with client's requirementsDiscuss other factors such as salary expectations, travel, commute, etc.Provide a detailed summary along with an updated resume to Account Managers for client submittal, highlighting their relevant experienceSet up and assist in scheduling candidate interviews with clientPrepare candidates for client interviewsPresent official job offers to candidates and work through any counter offersAssist with and manage candidate onboarding and continue to stay in touch after start dateProper candidate documentation in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate prescreens, general notes, interview feedback, etc.Creating talent pipelines for accommodating high-potential candidates in future opportunitiesWork with a high sense of urgency to meet client's hiring timeline.We're excited about you because...You have prior experience in a technical recruiting role (Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, etc.)You're experienced in Direct-Hire as well as Contract staffingYou're able to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms using boolean searches and research of competitorsYou're comfortable picking up the phone and calling candidates directly to present opportunity or make initial contactYou can confidently screen a candidate based on technical requirements and ensure they are a fit for our clientYou take clear notes based on candidate's skills and experienceYou confidently present offers to candidates. Fully understand motivating factors and focus on selling points.You're organized, detail oriented and results driven
