Verify on hand inventory held at specific warehouse(s), enter cycle count data and report usage to Materials Manager and/or Accounting.\r\nReport any deficiency and discrepancies to your supervisor.\r\nPerform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.\r\nRecord inventory transactions: Misc. Issue, Misc. Receiving, Quantity Adjustments and Moves in ERP System.\r\nCycle counts non-standard stock, finished goods without safety stock levels annually or as assigned, and Field Service items annually or as assigned.\r\nMaintain Item stockroom locations in both physical warehouse location and in ERP System.\r\nReplenish transaction slips as needed.\r\nStores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as part number, style, size, or type of material.\r\nFills orders or issues supplies from stock.\r\nPrepares periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock.\r\nMoves or transports material or supplies to other departments.\r\nRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.\r\nAttend and participate in company required meetings and training, seminars or educational activities to stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the marketplace.\r\nAdhere to and comply with all ISO and Company policies and safety regulations.\r\nMaintain clean, neat, safe, and orderly work area.\r\nDisplay excellent communication skills with all team members.\r\nOther essential duties as assigned.\r\nSystems Used:\r\nMicrosoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)\r\nCSI\r\nUKG\r\nRequirements:\r\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required\r\nPossess basic math, measurement, reading, computer, and comprehension skills\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\r\nAbility to problem solve in a fast paced, quality focused environment\r\nDetail oriented with high levels of accuracy\r\nCompensation:\r\nThis position is fulltime, hourly and non-exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus.
