Field Engineers work closely with customers and operations teams while maintaining safety, environmental compliance, and efficient field operations.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nOn‑site operations monitoring stimulation treatments to ensure engineering design specifications are met in real time.\n\nAnalyze data to interpret stimulation candidates for production optimization.\n\nDevelop proposals through product collection, analysis, and volume calculations.\n\nPerform complex product calculations to interpret volumes, pressures, depths, and rates.\n\nDevelop and maintain customer relationships for new and existing customers.\n\nIdentify and resolve client concerns.\n\nCollaborate with teammates to ensure all job details are investigated and evaluated.\n\nFollow up on previous orders and discuss with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.\n\nTrack completed and ongoing orders.\n\nCommunicate with field staff to ensure logistics are in order and jobs are completed timely.\n\nWork in compliance with company procedures, rules, and policies at all times.\n\nManage projects for more than one customer with strong multi‑tasking skills.\n\nPrepare and submit post‑job reports.\n\nBachelor’s degree is required.\n\nA valid driver’s license is required.\n\nSelf‑motivated and able to work independently, remotely, or while traveling.\n\nRequired Skills and Abilities\n\nBasic computer skills: efficient navigation of a web browser, following online instructions, typing, and mouse use.\n\nCustomer service skills: meet internal and external commitments, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback, maintain a friendly disposition.\n\nWork ethic: dependable, trustworthy, punctual, consistent, and credible. Strong communication, organizational, administrative, and time‑management skills.\n\nPhysical ability: lift and carry up to 50 pounds, move 55‑gallon drums up to 600 pounds with a drum dolly.\n\nWork Environment\nAn outdoor setting with driving involved.
