This role supports a modern, cloud-based environment centered on macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta, and manages devices through Kandji. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping people work efficiently with technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployee Support:\nProvide hands-on and remote support for macOS devices, software, and peripherals.\nResolve technical issues quickly via Slack and Jira Service Management.\nDeliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and follow-through.\n\nAccount & Access Management:\nManage user provisioning and deprovisioning through Okta and Google Workspace.\nMaintain appropriate group and app access levels in alignment with security policies.\nSupport MFA and SSO troubleshooting.\n\nDevice & Endpoint Management:\nConfigure, deploy, and maintain Mac laptops via Kandji.\nMonitor compliance, security, and patch status for managed devices.\nMaintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements.\n\nCollaboration & Productivity Tools:\nSupport Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet).\nTroubleshoot video conferencing and meeting room AV setups.\n\nProcess & Documentation:\nLog and track support requests in Jira.\nMaintain internal IT documentation, FAQs, and onboarding guides.\nContribute to improving IT processes and user self-service resources.\n\nOnboarding & Offboarding:\nPrepare laptops, accounts, and tool access for new hires.\nConduct IT orientation for new employees.\nEnsure secure device and data recovery during offboarding.\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.\nStrong knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and device management.\nExperience with Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji, Zoom, and Slack.\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.\nA customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts clearly.\nOur people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.
