This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving organization.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $60,000 - $83,000 annuallyWork Arrangement: Onsite with the opportunity for 1 day of remote work per week after 1 year of employmentComprehensive Benefits Package: Details to be provided during the interview processResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for employee-level benefits inquiriesConduct enrollment meetings and prepare enrollment documentationInterface with benefits administration systems such as Employee Navigator and EaseManage accounts ranging from 2 to 125 lives, with a focus on small groups (most under 50 lives)Support the quoting of new and renewal business as neededEnsure accurate and timely processing of enrollments and renewalsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client serviceQualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license requiredExperience: Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration, with solid experience in enrollment and processing; renewal/market experience is a plusTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Ease software preferredEducation: Relevant educational background or equivalent work experienceSoft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional organizational and time-management abilitiesDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyProblem-solving mindset and ability to work independentlyTeam player with a collaborative approach
