Aligned closely with RunPod's vision as the foundation for AI/ML workloads at scale, the team comprises multidisciplinary roles, including product managers, designers, technical writers, and developer relations. The Developer Relations function focuses on maintaining a strong connection with the developer community, ensuring that real user feedback is effectively communicated to influence continuous platform improvements. This role will work closely with the Product Shapers and Documentation teams to deliver a seamless, user-driven experience across all touchpoints.\nPosition Overview\nAs the Developer Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for RunPod's developer community, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard throughout the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for nurturing community relationships, facilitating two-way dialogue, and integrating developer feedback into product enhancements. This role is strategically important to RunPod's growth and influence in the AI/ML space, as it directly impacts developer engagement and product success.\nYour Impact: In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of RunPod by engaging with the developer community, driving product improvements, and positioning RunPod as a thought leader in the AI/ML space.
