Together we bridge the gap between ability and opportunity by celebrating everyone’s unique contributions to inspire a brighter future.\nPosition Summary Oversee daily operations of the Day Habilitation Program.\nEnsure program compliance with state, federal, and MassHealth regulations.\nMaintain program policies, consumer intakes, and contractual goals.\nManage the program budget, supplies, and physical environment.\nEnsure timely, high-quality completion of all required documentation and reporting.\nSupervise, coach, and evaluate program staff and consultants.\nOversee staff hiring, training, scheduling and coverage.\nProvide technical assistance, guidance and support to team members.\nConsumer Support & Advocacy Oversee consumer programming, service plans, goals and behavior support plans.\nAdvocate for consumer rights and ensure services promote dignity, independence, and safety.\nAssist with ambulation, transfers, and lifting (up to 60 lbs.)\nIntervene in behavioral emergencies, including the use of physical restraints when required.\nMaintain open, professional communication with staff, consumers, families, and partnering agencies.\nParticipate in or lead required meetings, trainings and events, including open houses.\nQualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred\nOR\nSix years of relevant healthcare experience, including three years in a supervisory role.\nExperience Minimum of three years of relevant health-care experience, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.\nSkills & Requirements Valid state driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and interact respectfully with diverse populations.\nAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.\nStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nProficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc.)\nWorking Conditions & Safety On-site role with occasional offsite meetings.\nMust follow all safety procedures and report hazards, abuse, or harassment immediately.\nSalary: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year\nBenefits include:\no Health Insurance\no Dental, Life Insurance (after 1 year)\no 401(k)\no Tuition Reimbursement (after 1 year)\no Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)\nWhy Join Us Be part of something meaningful.
