through engaging events and other marketing initiatives.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEvent Planning & Execution:\nCoordinate and manage all aspects of client and prospect events, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, strategy and ideation, and on-site logistics.\nOversee tradeshow logistics, including booth setup, engagement tactics, travel details, staffing, and promotional materials.\nPlan and coordinate video and podcast shoots, ensuring all technical and logistical details are handled for host and guests.\nSource new events and tradeshows that align with our brand and target audiences.\nVendor & Venue Coordination:\nDevelop and maintain relationships with various vendors, venues, associations, and partners.\nSchedule and confirm locations and arrange for food, beverages, equipment, and other logistical requirements.\nNegotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables are met within budget.\nPerforms site visits and tours when necessary to ensure venues align with JMARK standards and the goal of the event.\nInternal Event Coordination:\nAssist with the planning and execution of internal company events, ensuring all details are communicated and executed smoothly.\nAssist and/or lead communication and coordination with others within JMARK to ensure all parties are properly informed.\nManage marketing inventory, ensuring all promotional materials are available and up to date.\nContent Ideation & Marketing Strategy:\nCollaborate with the marketing team to ideate and strategize topics for presentations, trainings, and other content.\nWork with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.\nCreate and facilitate processes for attending community and client events and communicating details to attendees.\nLogistics & Budget Management:\nDevelop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure all aspects of events are covered.\nOversee the registration process, including the creation and management of online registration forms and attendee databases.\nHandle all travel and accommodation arrangements for event participants and Team.\nDevelop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.\nCommunication & Collaboration:\nProvide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing any inquiries and ensure a positive experience.\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.\nProvide regular updates on event progress and post-event reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.\nCollaborate, engage, and contribute as an active member of the JMARK Growth Team consisting of Marketing, New Business Development, and Growth Ops.\nParticipate in team meetings, offsite team retreats, and other collaboration opportunities on Growth Team initiatives.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field – or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProject Management Experience is a bonus.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nCreative thinker with the ability to develop innovative event ideas.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to travel
