This role is responsible for tracking products through the process cycle, setting up and operating specialized equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to established procedures. The technician applies photolithography techniques and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality products for customers. This position requires multitasking and oversight of multiple processes and equipment simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform metal etching, plating, and other substrate processing operations.\nConduct final inspections of substrates to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nExecute all duties of Technician Levels 1 and 2 as needed.\nAchieve subject matter expert status in at least one fabrication department and train other technicians as required.\nAuthor and edit detailed process instructions and documentation.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.\nSet up, calibrate, and operate complex equipment according to specifications.\nCollect, organize, and analyze statistical process control (SPC) data to monitor performance.\nFollow complex system-driven commands and workflows accurately.\nSafely handle chemicals, including solvents, while adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements:\nAbility to work for extended periods in a cleanroom environment while handling chemicals and wearing full protective gear (including cleanroom suit, safety goggles, gloves, and other PPE).\nAbility to perform tasks at a microscope for prolonged periods, up to approximately 80% of a shift, depending on assigned workstation.\nAbility to push and pull materials weighing up to 10–15 lbs.\nAbility to routinely lift materials weighing up to 6 lbs.\nSkills:\nChemicals Handling, Communication, Data Evaluation, Mechanical Equipments, Microscope, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Process Procedures, Safety Procedures, Semiconductor Manufacturing\nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience | Required\nPay Range:\n$21.90 - $28.77\nPay Range Explained:\nThis role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $21.90 and $28.77 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background.
