If you share our values, come find your place in our global community.\r\nYou will be based in Springfield TN.\r\nPosition SummaryThe Material Handler Tech (Materials) is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and line-side material operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components to point-of-use (POU). This role bridges execution and coordination by supporting supervision in planning, material flow, inventory accuracy (IRA), and operational performance. The role ensures production lines are consistently supplied, material shortages are proactively managed and escalated, and all physical transactions are accurately executed in the system. The position plays a critical role in leverage EMS tools, 5S, red tag, problem solving, maintaining flow, improving route efficiency, and supporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesMaterial Flow & Line Support\r\nEnsure uninterrupted supply of materials to production lines (Point of Use POU)\r\nCoordinate and monitor picking, staging, and delivery activities to always ensure full line coverage.\r\nVerify materials are delivered in the correct quantity, location, and timing.\r\nProactively identify and resolve risks to material availability.\r\nSupport smooth shift transitions to maintain continuity of supply.\r\nQualificationsEducation & Experience\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\r\n25 years of experience in warehouse, materials, or manufacturing supply chain\r\nMust have a valid driver's license\r\nMust be able to speak and read English effectively.\r\nExperience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP, JDE, or similar) preferred\r\nAt Electrolux, we take responsibility for our development in a supportive environment where we embrace our differences and learn from each other.
