This highly technical, client-facing role involves understanding user workflows, implementing data pipelines and building workflows and tools, and enabling clients to leverage data for better decision-making. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for making a real-world impact. We are looking for exceptional candidates in Canada and the US.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nClient Engagement: Build strong relationships with client teams, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations.\nBuild Operational Workflows: Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP using Python and TypeScript.\nTechnical Problem Solving: Understand the intersection of business and technical problems, analyze root causes, and develop creative technical solutions that power real operational outcomes for our clients.\nTraining & Enablement: Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation to support client success.\nProject Delivery & Collaboration: Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nRequired\nEnergized by working directly with a client on site and remotely\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills that go beyond surface-level to dive into the details, all in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication that can adapt to client preferences and requirements\nStrong understanding of data engineering principles\nProficiency in Python and/or TypeScript\nExperience working with complex enterprise data\nAdaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects\nValue collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning\n\nPreferred with flexibility for the right fit\nA post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field\nExperience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP\nExperience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions\nExperience delivering production frontend applications in React\nExperience with Spark, Polars, or distributed compute\n\nTotal Rewards\n\nWe offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
