As we expand, we're looking for a Program Control Analyst to support Hidden Level’s growing Program & Product Management team. This position is based on-site in Syracuse, NY with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.\n\nResponsibilities:\nSupport Program/Product Manager as delegated with basic project management tasks including: project scheduling, budget, and organizational details\nCoordinating team activities and meetings\nMaintaining and organizing project documents and records\nPerforming program administrative duties required to meet contractual needs\nOrganizing crucial project documentation for the Program/Product manager\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAbility to communicate with cross-functional stakeholders across various business areas\nStrong communication, presentation, and organizational skills\nUnderstanding of budget tracking and financial forecasting\nExhibits excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple tasks\nDemonstrated positive attitude and collaboration in a team environment\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related degree\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel\n10% travel\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAnalytical with attention to detail to identify and troubleshoot discrepancies\nExperience developing and/or maintaining schedules using Gantt chart tools\nExperience with financial accounting systems\n\nCompensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.\n\nSalary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $61,000 to $75,000 annually.
