RESPONSIBILITES:\n\n· This role is best aligned to candidates with a workforce development, learning technology, and customer support background, with automation and AI experience viewed as a strong advantage rather than a strict requirement.\n\n· Primary Skill Requirements (Highest Priority)\n\n· Workforce development and learning operations experience.\n\n· Customer service and end-user support in a high-volume environment.\n\n· ServiceNow or similar ticketing/request management systems.\n\n· Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support.\n\n· Experience supporting learning experience platforms (LXP) and enterprise learning technologies.\n\n· Ability to analyze recurring requests and improve operational processes.\n\n· 50% customer support and request management.\n\n· Approximately 50% automation, process improvement, and solution development.\n\n· Support learning platforms, training operations, and workforce development initiatives.\n\n· Develop scalable solutions that increase efficiency and reduce repetitive manual tasks.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\n\n· Strong workforce development or learning technology background.\n\n· Demonstrated customer-facing support experience.\n\n· Comfortable working across multiple enterprise learning platforms.\n\n· Problem solver with process improvement and automation mindset.\n\n· Skills and experience are more important than specific job titles.\n\n· Candidates with extensive experience are acceptable if aligned with budget expectations.\n\nPreferred :\n\n· Experience with other learning
