In this role, you will lead the development of industrial control systems from initial concept through to final commissioning and site handover. You will be responsible for creating robust PLC code, designing intuitive HMI/SCADA interfaces, and troubleshooting complex automated hardware to minimize production downtime.\nCore Responsibilities\nPLC & HMI Programming: Design, write, and optimize original PLC programs using Ladder Logic (LL), Function Block Diagrams (FBD), and Structured Text (ST). Develop user-friendly HMI and SCADA screens.\nSystem Design & Integration: Formulate control system architecture, including electrical schematics, network diagrams, and input/output (I/O) layouts using CAD software.\nCommissioning & Testing: Set up simulated test bench environments to debug logic before field deployment. Lead the physical startup, testing, and validation of new automated equipment.\nTroubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide advanced diagnostic support for system faults, diagnosing issues across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical sub-systems.\nDocumentation: Maintain detailed technical specifications, logic diagrams, user operation manuals, and software version controls.\nQualifications and Requirements\nExperience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and control systems engineering.\nHardware Platforms: Proficient with major hardware ecosystems, such as Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), Siemens (S7), or Schneider Electric.\nSoftware & Networks: Mastery of SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware/AVEVA) and industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, BACnet).\nTechnical Skills: Expert ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical wiring schematics, P&IDs, and blue prints.\nWork Conditions: Must be able to work independently, manage shifting deadlines, and travel to project sites for equipment commissioning when required.\nIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for structural engineering, we invite you to apply for this position.
