All new hires initially start on the Monday-Friday day shift to participate in training. After training period, mechanics are assigned to their regular work schedule. Starting pay for this position is $45.38/hour plus full benefits and a $10,000 signing bonus.\n\nAs a Heavy Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will troubleshoot, repair and preform preventative maintenance (PM) on plant mobile equipment.
