The Lead Technology Specialist is responsible for leading system maintenance and enhancement activities for a critical government information system that supports human research protection oversight. The Lead Technology Specialist plans, coordinates, and oversees the change request process, data migration, and end-user training so that the system continues to meet the customer’s regulatory and mission requirements. This individual manages work using an Agile Scrum methodology and serves as a senior technical leader across the full software development lifecycle of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform within a secure government Microsoft 365 cloud environment.\nThis is a full-time, remote position.
