We take work very seriously, but we also enjoy a great atmosphere of fun and professional development, and we are committed to promoting a rich environment for each other to thrive through collaboration and empowerment.\r\nShift: Full Time\r\nResponsibilities Maintains portfolio-level visibility across all Information Technology projects and provides the CIO with clear, current status updates regarding project progress, risks, dependencies, and items requiring executive attention.\r\nAdministers and optimizes Jira, including project boards, workflows, dashboards, automation rules, and reporting. Supports teams with project planning, task development, backlog management, and project organization.\r\nLeads larger and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, stakeholder communication, dependencies, and deliverables.\r\nProvides project management support to teams managing their own initiatives by assisting with planning, reporting, project recovery efforts, task breakdown, and overall project coordination.\r\nProduces concise and meaningful reporting for leadership and stakeholders while translating technical details into clear business-focused updates.\r\nIdentifies risks, dependencies, and barriers to project success and works proactively to drive resolution or appropriate escalation.\r\nQualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.\r\nWork Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in an Information Technology, software, healthcare, or technology-driven environment.\r\nExperience administering and utilizing Jira, including workflows, dashboards, boards, reporting, and project organization functions.\r\nWorking knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.\r\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nAbility to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain a high level of accountability and follow-through.\r\nExperience working in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred but not required.\r\nProject management certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP are preferred but not required.\r\nBenefits Package for Full-Time Includes: Paid Time Off: Enjoy generous paid time off to relax and recharge.\r\nExtended Sick Leave: Take the time you need to recover with extended sick leave.\r\nInsurance: Access to PPO medical, dental, life, and vision insurance starting the 1st of the month after hire.
