This dual-role position is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and supporting clinical operations to ensure efficient patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRadiologic (X-Ray) Duties:Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician ordersEnsure proper patient positioning and radiation safety practicesOperate and maintain radiographic equipmentVerify images for quality and accuracyMaintain compliance with state and federal radiation safety regulationsMaintain proper documentation of imaging proceduresMedical Assistant DutiesRoom patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaintsAssist providers during examinations and minor proceduresAdminister injections and medications as directedPerform basic lab procedures (e.g., EKGs, specimen collection, point-of-care testing)Prepare and clean exam roomsHandle patient communication, including follow-ups and instructionsMaintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Radiologic Technology programCurrent certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT preferred or required per TN regulations)Active Tennessee X-Ray Operator License (or eligibility)Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferredCurrent BLS/CPR certificationMinimum [1–2] years of clinical experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong patient care and communication skillsKnowledge of primary care workflowsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with EMR systemsCommitment to patient safety and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)Work EnvironmentFast-paced primary care clinic settingCombination of clinical and diagnostic responsibilitiesRegular interaction with patients, providers, and clinical staffAbout Revere MedicalAt Revere Medical we promise to provide care you can trust, outcomes you deserve, and a future you can count on.
