This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality security services in accordance with the contract, post orders, and applicable laws and regulations. Supervisors are accountable for ensuring personnel readiness, professionalism, and compliance with all contractual and operational standards. While acting in a supervisory capacity, individuals may not simultaneously perform the duties of a Contract Security Officer (CSO).
