In this role, you will engage in critical problem-solving across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, contributing to spacecraft mission design, test campaign execution, and overall mission success.Role/Responsibilities/QualificationsIn this role, you will:Support spacecraft mission design and system integration activitiesDevelop and execute test campaigns across the Systems Engineering LifecycleAnalyze and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issuesInvestigate test findings and anomalies to ensure mission integrityCollaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performanceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related disciplineApproximately 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or related fieldsExperience with test campaign definition and executionExperience with hardware/software integration and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Spacecraft Design & Mission DevelopmentExperience with Python coding (intermediate or advanced proficiency)Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycleAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentCompensation and Benefits:The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $110,000 - $155,000 per year plus a significant, company-funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
