With opportunities to grow, and a culture built around community and connection, LPQ offers a restaurant environment where you will build skills, feel valued, and take pride in the work you do every day.\n\nAs part of Convive Brands, you’ll have opportunities to grow your career across a portfolio of restaurant concepts, including California Pizza Kitchen and Little Beet.\n\nAt LPQ, you’re not just working a job, you’re joining a place where you can develop your skills and career, take pride in your work, and be part of building a strong community.\n\nJob Description\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visit\n\nReceive food and beverage orders, enter order correctly into the POS, and follow up with the kitchen as necessary\n\nAnticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guest\n\nMaintain full knowledge of pastry, bread, kitchen, beverage, and retail items\n\nPrepare drinks for the dining room, as needed\n\nHandle any guest situations with genuine empathy and elevate to a manager as necessary\n\nComplete all opening, mid, and closing procedures; complete daily checklist and side work assignments\n\nOrganize money and receipts throughout the shift in adherence with the Le Pain Quotidien cash handling policy\n\nKeep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklists\n\nAssist with setting up patio furniture and maintenance of outside fixtures and seating area, if applicable for the location\n\nQualifications\n\n3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training\n\nExperience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus\n\nFlexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required\n\nAbility to be cross‐trained in all areas of the dining room and retail space preferred\n\nAbility to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location\n\nBenefits\n\nEnrollment in Company-contributed health coverage plan\n\nAccrued Paid Time Off\n\n401k with up to 4% match after ninety (90) days of employment\n\nPre-tax commuter benefits (in applicable States)\n\nTeam member discounts at all our brands\n\nThe hourly pay range (plus tips, when eligible) is:\n\n$10.98 - $10.98\n\nConvive Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
