MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of Battery System Assembly (BSA) and Power Electric (PE) systems, which are vital parts to produce Hyundai/Kia electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.Our Production Management Department at Hyundai Mobis North America Electrified Powertrain is seeking a Complete Knock Down (CKD) Assistant Manager to join our team in Richmond Hill, Georgia. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and execution of CKD operations to ensure efficient production, quality, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties may be assigned.)Oversee and support daily CKD operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with production standardsCoordinate CKD packaging, logistics, and shipment planning to meet production and customer timelinesMonitor inventory levels, material flow, and component availability to prevent production delaysAnalyze CKD process data and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wasteCollaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvementPrepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to CKD performance and KPIsEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across CKD activitiesSupervisory Responsibilities: YesBasic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)Required Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or CKD‑related operationsStrong understanding of production processes, material flow, and packaging standardsProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem‑solvingExcellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred Education And ExperienceLean manufacturing or Six Sigma certificationExperience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier operationsKnowledge of CKD packaging standards, export processes, or international logisticsFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Supervisory or team‑lead experience
