The regular schedule is 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM . On Tuesdays , the workday may extend to 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM when you are scheduled for the Friday-off rotation .\nWhat You'll Do Assist with receiving, labeling, processing, and preparing patient specimens\nSupport in-house laboratory testing and reference laboratory send-outs\nMaintain accurate documentation and records\nAssist with laboratory equipment, supplies, and routine maintenance\nFollow established safety, quality, and infection-control procedures\nMaintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA\nWork closely with laboratory and clinical staff to ensure timely specimen processing\nHelp maintain an organized, clean, and efficient laboratory environment\nWhat We're Looking For Previous laboratory, healthcare, or specimen-processing experiencepreferred\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to follow written procedures accurately\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nCommitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and quality\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment\nWhy HMC?
