Spanish Speaking Volunteers Needed in Dallas, TX!

Bristol Hospice Dallas is seeking compassionate Spanish-speaking volunteers to provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families. As a companion volunteer, you'll visit with patients in their homes, assisted living communities, or nursing facilities - offering comfort, kindness, and a listening ear.Volunteer activities may include:Offering friendly visits and conversation in SpanishReading, listening to music, or sharing storiesProviding comfort and companionship to patients and familiesSupporting and offering breaks for family caregiversRequirements:Must be fluent in Spanish and EnglishMust be at least 18 years old or olderMust complete hospice onboarding, screening, and training processesExhibit reliability, compassion, and good communication skillsCommitment Requirement: Flexible - Typically 1-2 hours per weekSchedule: Flexible with your schedule and availabilityTo learn more or begin the volunteer process, please contact: Mackensie Moore at mackensie.moore@bristolhospice.com
