Electrical Service Operations Project Manager.$90,000–$120,000 salary Location: Kansas City, MOAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a well-established electrical contractor that’s growing and needs a strong Service Project Manager to keep operations tight, crews productive, and customers taken care of across residential, commercial, and industrial service work.This is built for someone who’s already been in the electrical service world (not a “green” profile) and knows how to run work orders, coordinate teams, manage priorities, and protect quality, cost, and timeline—without things slipping through the cracks.What You’ll Be DoingLead the day-to-day administrative and customer service functions across residential, commercial, and industrial accountsKeep communication clear and positive with employees, customers, vendors, and internal teamsOversee service crews and work orders to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost controlProactively manage team performance, scheduling, and safety practicesIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitabilityEnsure high-quality service delivery: on time, on budget, and done rightDevelop and manage ongoing maintenance schedules for service accountsCoordinate and schedule service work orders from start to finishCollaborate across teams as priorities shift to meet evolving business needsWhat They’re Looking ForProven experience in the electrical service industry (no entry-level / no green profiles)Strong background supporting service operations across multiple customer types (residential, commercial, industrial)Experience with business operations, customer service, and basic accounting principlesComfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple active work ordersBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyYou’ll Also BringWorking knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, Life Safety, Uniform Building Codes, etc.)Experience with electrical systems, permitting, maintenance programs, and facility management practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy This Role MattersYou won’t just be managing projects—you’ll be owning the service execution and helping drive the customer experienceYou’ll support and elevate service crews while keeping scheduling, cost control, and quality on trackYou’ll be in a role with real impact on operational performance and profitability MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
