This role works closely with physicians to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.What You'll Do:You'll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers through responsibilities such as:Assisting physicians with direct patient careScheduling appointments and managing patient flowCompleting prior authorizations and pre-certifications for MRIs and CTsCommunicating test results clearly and professionallyPerforming phlebotomySupporting a variety of clinical and administrative duties In this role, you'll build strong relationships with patients, families, and physicians-representing the practice with professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude. RequirementsActive LPN license or MA Certification requiredPrevious medical or clinical experience preferredStrong customer service and organizational skillsAttention to detail and effective time management
