This role supports mold installation and removal, machine setup, process adjustments, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure molded products meet quality and performance standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupport production and engineering projects as directed by Engineers and Supervisors\n\nInstall and remove molds in injection molding machines\n\nSet up, adjust, and optimize molding processes to maintain product quality\n\nTroubleshoot quality issues and perform material or process changes as needed\n\nMaintain accurate records of mold processing and change activities\n\nInterpret plastic part measurement data and communicate results to the team\n\nFollow established quality control systems for molded parts\n\nAssist with equipment maintenance and product/process qualifications\n\nAdditional duties and/or overtime may be required\n\nMust Haves\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a medium-volume injection molding environment\n\nWorking knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, materials, and auxiliary equipment\n\nExperience installing molds and adjusting processes to resolve quality issues\n\nAbility to interpret plastic part measurement data\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and PC skills (Microsoft Office)\n\nNice to Haves\n\nAssociate's Degree in a technical or engineering-related field\n\nExperience supporting engineering-driven projects or process qualifications\n\nFamiliarity with quality systems in a manufacturing environment\n\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
