Our team of 50+ marketers, designers, and developers create user experiences that are unique, intuitive, and seamlessly connected with the marketing and operating strategies of our clients. **This is a HYBRID position, with a requirement of 50% in office time in Columbia, South Carolina. If you apply for this position and are not currently living in the Columbia Metropolitan area, we will take that to indicate that you will move to be able to meet the hybrid requirements of the position.**Role Description:The Client Strategist plays a critical role in aligning our clients’ organizational goals with effective digital strategies.  This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, communication, and business acumen—combined with an understanding of web, marketing, and brand development disciplines.  This individual is responsible for uncovering opportunities, shaping scopes of work, driving incremental sales, and ensuring our solutions drive measurable results.Success in This Role Looks Like Increased client retention and satisfaction through consistently aligned and impactful solutions.  Growth in client revenue through expanded scope of work and deeper partnerships.  Clearly defined and actionable project scopes that set internal teams up for success.  Strong relationships with both clients and internal team members based on trust, transparency, and results. Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in client strategy, digital marketing, account management, or digital project planning.  MBA preferred. Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable digital strategies. Working knowledge of web development processes, marketing channels (SEO, paid media, content), and brand strategy. Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to lead client conversations with clarity and confidence. Collaborative mindset with an ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. Results-driven and comfortable with metrics-based performance evaluation. Experience in an agency or professional services environment preferredUnderstanding of CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital campaign metrics. Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting strategies in dynamic client environments.
