Your day-to-day may include:Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phasesResponsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsConfigure applications and conduct iterative unit testingHelp to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deploymentProvide post-production supportParticipate in full life cycle implementationsAssist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Other duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master's degree is a plusMinimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national levelMinimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of WorkdayKnowledge of Workday modulesIndustry recognized professional certification requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reportsExperience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applicationsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Workday ApplicationsExposure or training on Workday ApplicationsKnowledge of Workday ApplicationsProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsStrong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documentsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesCan travel as needed.
