solutions involving complex processes\n11 yrs Advanced knowledge in capturing User Requirements including Visio-type process flow chart development, User Story/Acceptance criteria creation, design mockups and user feedback loop\n11 yrs Advanced expertise in streamlining business processes through solution design and development iterations including automation to remove non-value-added steps for users\n11 yrs Advanced expertise in technical documentation of key design and configuration artifacts\n11 yrs Mastery level QuickBase development expertise including thorough knowledge on platform
