Candidates must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CA, HI, OR, WA, NV, ID, UT, MT, WY, CO, NM. This is a remote based position with a requirement to travel up to 75% of the time.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage multiple projects from conception through completion; lead projects that involve the successful management of teams responsible for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and implementation of telecommunications systems.\nPerform day-to-day management of overall installation activity operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.\nDirect the management of moderate and large sized project budgets, including expenditures for consultants and vendors, ensuring that ViaPath meets all project cost and schedule objectives.\nAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.\nSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.\nEnsure resource availability and allocation.\nBenchmark program status.\nRegularly communicate program status to executive leadership.\nEnsure consistent delivery of the ViaPath Project Management deliverables, including, but not limited to: Project Plans, Supplementary Plans, Change Control and Status Reporting.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree; Master’s degree preferred.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience with a project management focus.\nProject management certification and/or Agile certifications are preferred.\nProven project management skills required with a focus on technical product implementations, Wi-Fi wireless installation projects and/or customer network and server infrastructure projects desired.\nProficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite of products; project management tools and collaboration systems such as Jira, SmartSheet, Confluence, Salesforce, etc. preferred.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail.\nExperience working directly with customer stakeholders.\nAbility to motivate and lead a team.\nExperience working in the Information Technology and/or Government Contracting industry.\nAbility to travel up to 75%\n\nAdditional Information:\n\nViaPath is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals and to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
