Staff to identify work for scheduled repair.\n\nComplies with all State and Federal regulations and internal EHS requirements.\n\nBe able to work long hours if necessary.\n\nBe able to submit project permits and plans to City/County officials.\n\nResponsible for Plant Security and work with other team members concerning plant security. Assist with updating the Food Defense Plan.\n\nParticipate on the BRC team and HACCP team.\n\nResponsibility to food safety regulations.\n\nManagement\n\nProvide leadership to ensure a strong culture of accountability where employees are committed and motivated to contribute their ideas and efforts.\n\nResponsible for overall training and development of direct reports.\n\nDrive customer execution to deliver results that meet quality and customer service objectives.\n\nOther Responsibilities\n\nPerform other responsibilities as requested.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n\n3-4 years flour industry experience or equivalent\n\n1+ years supervisory experience or equivalent\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nDetail oriented\n\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Teams, D365)\n\nBasic mechanical aptitude\n\nAbility to work in high places\n\n5S methodology experience is a plus\n\nMaterial Job Duties\n\nOperating machinery, vehicles, or equipment in a safe and compliant manner.\n\nWorking in areas where food safety, sanitation, product integrity, or workplace safety standards must be followed.\n\nHandling company property, confidential information, inventory, cash, or financial data.\n\nWorking independently at customer, vendor, or company locations.\n\nInteracting with employees, vendors, customers, or members of the public in a professional and safe manner.\n\nQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act, as applicable.\n\nEmployment may be conditioned on the successful completion of a post-offer background check, where permitted by law.
