As an intern you will be working on enhancing and maintaining an authoring, publishing and delivery applications that allows content creators to create products such as e-books, tutorials and simulations.\nWHERE YOU’LL WORK\nThis position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office location.\nHOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME\nDevelop and support enhancements and new functionality for the ATI Nursing platform using cutting edge technology, including Angular, .Net Core, EF Core, C# .Net 6.0, MVC, WebAPI, JSON, SQL, Kubernetes and Docker.\nWork closely with Technical Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.\nCapable of working collaboratively with team members on different teams and in different locations.\nProvide technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production issues.\nBe willing to support deployments outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation.\nActively participate in all relevant agile ceremonies for each project iteration.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field\nExposed to the concepts of an Agile based development methodology or similar formal methodologies are required\nKnowledge through coursework of the following programming languages: MS C#, JavaScript, MVC, SQL, HTML5, CSS 3.0, and experience with a MVVM framework (e.g. Angular) preferred\nDemonstrated organizational and teamwork skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to participate in collaborative development projects\nExcellent problem-solving skills and an ability to translate a business scenario into a technical solution\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nBENEFITS\nFlexible and generous paid time off\nCompetitive medical, dental, vision and life insurance\n401(k) employer matching program\nParental leave\nWellness resources\nCharitable matching program\nHybrid work\nOn-site workout facilities (Leawood, Gilbert, Burlington)\nCommunity outreach groups\nTuition reimbursement\nFostering A Sense of Belonging\nWe seek out and celebrate all people and perspectives and cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, feel valued and be their authentic selves.
