The position works with internal and external sources to complete objectives, keeping the needs of external and internal customers as a priority when making decision and taking action.JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science, or 4 years of related experience5+ years as a Scrum MasterExperience with distributed (offshore and remote) teamsExperience with multiple teams at the same timeAdvanced Scrum Master Certification or elevated SAFe certification (Preferred)Experience with writing SQL queriesUnderstanding of DevSecOps processExtensive experience with SAFe and PI PlanningKnowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile GamesExperience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)Knowledge of other Agile approaches, such as Kanban and XP preferredKnowledge of Healthcare industry and understanding all major workflows associated with the healthcare claim processing preferredCommunication (oral, written and listening), project management, analytic, organization, interpersonal, prioritization, multi-tasking, initiating, communication, planning and technical skillsAbility to develop and maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships throughout the organizationAbility to facilitate teams and client relationships to satisfy needs and identify improvementsAbility to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projects including continuous evaluation and re-ordering of priorities as business needs dictateAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customersAbility to be flexible and creative in problem solving and identifying process improvementsAbility to anticipate business needs and think with a business owner mind-setCompensationThe salary range for this position is $120-140K/year.
