Goodcommunication skills are a must and can't wait to add you to the team!As an IT Associate you will supports the VP – Technology and initiatives to help drive the company’s success. Responsibilities include, and are not limited to: • Respond to first-level help desk support tickets by performing coretroubleshooting and analysis on hardware/software systems to determinehardware and software to help identify and resolve problems. Maintain Ticketingsystem.• Serve as a responsible member of the Technology Team by providing technicalsupport over the phone, via email or web, and in person, escalating issues asnecessary.• Set up and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops, including all peripheraldevices.• Assist in Maintaining and Tracking all IT inventory.• Assist in the onboarding of new users (including creating accounts• Generate / Modify IT documentation, for all processes and procedures, fortechnical as well as non-technical associates to execute.• Assist on IT Projects, such as new hardware/software installations, updates toexisting software applications and decommissioning of old hardware / software.• Respond to business-critical emergencies.Qualifications: • Ability to demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication withC-Level Management, Associates, and various teams.• 1 year experience• High School Diploma• Experience maintaining Help Desk Ticketing Systems and tracking of ITInventory Assets.• Ability to efficiently multi-task, follow written and verbal direction, and adapt andstay calm under pressure to any changes or emergencies.• Must be detail-oriented with ability to handle break/fix IT issues as well asprojects.Preferred: • 2 years’ experience• BA or BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications.• Experience working with Cloud / virtual servers, network devices, including butnot limited to, Firewalls, routers, and switches.•Benefits: • A full suite of traditional benefits• Paid vacation and holidays.• A work environment that makes you want to come to work.• Ability to advance, scale and be entrepreneurial.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: • Health insurance• Paid time off• 401KAbility to commute/relocate:• Melville, NY 11747: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before startingwork (Required)
