Peer Support Specialist

Job Description Schedule:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 2pm-10pm and Saturday and Sunday: 8am-4pmJob Duties:- Conduct Peer Support Group and Individual Sessions for clients with Substance Abuse Disorder - ----Support clients by taking them to meetings, helping with a 12 step program, life skills and daily living skills.- Support clients in recovery and maintain positive working relationship with clients- Work with Clinical Team to coordinate needed services for clients- Maintain Client Files and documentation- Create a safe and Healthy environment for clientsQualifications:- One Year in Recovery- Peer Support Certified by the state of Kentucky or eligible to become a Peer Support Specialist- High School Diploma or GED-Valid Drivers License- Ability to work well in a team environment.At our company, we offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
