Primary Location: RemoteV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Full Stack Developer - 100% Remote for our premier client in Remote.Education And Experience »6–10 years Full Stack experience (backend-heavy)Experience supporting both new build and existing footprintExperience with Postgres or relational databasesExperience with IoT or high-volume data pipelines (detector systems, sensors)Experience with open-source tools and cloud-agnostic approachesKnowledge, Skills And Abilities »Deep expertise in Java (all versions) + Spring Boot ecosystemStrong event-driven architecture experience; Kafka expertise requiredHands-on experience modernizing legacy microservices and distributed systemsCloud experience (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable; cloud-agnostic mindset)Experience with Python for backend/data workflowsDevSecOps mindset; automated testing; CI/CD; secure codingAbility to mentor junior developers and provide leadershipExperience delivering in fast-paced automated environmentsAbility to lead full-stack projects (design ? deployment) .Must HaveLeadership traits: Insist on high standards, simplify rather than over-engineer, and who build trust across teamsBusiness aware: Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomesPreferred: Former Big TechCoding proficiency: Knowledgeable about data structures/algorithms and writing clean/maintainable code.
