to support and enhance critical business applications, lead system improvement initiatives, and ensure solutions align with long-term business, security, and technology roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert for business applications.Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, including integrations and application defects.Lead requirements gathering, technical design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.Support CRM and CMS platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Technolutions Slate.Design and maintain web pages, application components, portals, and integrations.Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and accessible, responsive user interfaces.Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and system improvement recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM customization, configuration, and component maintenance.Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Technolutions Slate.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.Experience with cloud-based applications, data integration, and application management.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Knowledge of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and user experience principles.Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or
