change management experience.\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with strong business writing ability.\r\nSelf-starter with strong planning and execution skills.\r\nPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in:\r\nCommercial Banking or Financial Services.\r\nImplementing change management principles, tools, and models.\r\nManaging large-scale organizational change initiatives.\r\nLeading multiple projects and supporting various business initiatives.\r\nStrong consulting and analytical skills.\r\nAbility to work in ambiguous environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.\r\nExperience with project management tools and
