The ideal candidate will:\nDemonstrate a balance of intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring the unknown.\nHave a bias for action and a proven record of delivering results.\nEmbrace challenges and learn from mistakes, staying open to feedback and continuous improvement.\nHave a strong desire to advance within the business, exploring lateral roles to build a broad organizational perspective.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products.\nAuthors or edits procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products.\nDesigns, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.\nPrepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.\nWorks with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and supports completion rates for test work cells.\nTransitions test solutions between factories during product acquisitions.\nInterfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience working with RF required.\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nYou’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
