Auto Collision Estimator

We are looking for a motivated and hard worker to join the Davis Paint and Collision Center as an Estimator! Davis Paint and Collision, the premier collision repair facility in Oklahoma City/Midwest City, OK, is looking for an Estimator. We desire a trained professional capable of handling a fast paced environment. We have several relationships and are packed with work! Good communication and computer skills are required as well as a good attitude. CCC system knowledge is a big plus as well as I Car certifications. Candidates must: CCC Estimating systems experience is helpful Have at least 3 years of experience in a collision business or an insurance company Responsible for following repair of vehicle and ordering parts to return vehicle to factory specifications Meet our collision center’s requirement for productivity Be able to work in team environment Strong organizational skill and computer skills I-Car preferred-must be willing to continue learning through I-Car training Responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; both internal and external. Thoroughly check the customer’s vehicle to determine all damage. Calculate the estimated cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each affected item on the unit. Schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner. Effectively communicate with service customer to determine service issues or maintenance that is needed. Ability to clearly explain the collision repair process.
