We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and other Department of Defense and Intelligence Community projects.\nKey Responsibilities The candidate will evolve an existing Modeling & Simulation framework (AFSIM) and its codebase based on customer needs, incorporate scenarios and models into AFSIM, and perform testing and verification. You will be a member of a dedicated team using Modern Agile software development practices and will play an important role in shaping the team’s development strategy.\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nMinimum of 3 years of C++, C#, Python, or Java development experience.\nMinimum of 3 years of software development experience.\nExperience using source control and CI/CD tools such as git, SVN, Bitbucket, Gitlab, Jenkins, and Gitlab runners.\nActive Top‑Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.\nDesired Qualifications Experience developing software for Linux platforms.\nExperience following agile development processes.\nExperience working with mission‑level M&S frameworks such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASE.\nExperience applying object‑oriented design patterns within software applications.\nExperience with model verification and validation (V&V) testing.\nExperience with integrated development environments such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and PyCharm.\nFamiliarity with DoD security practices.\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
